One of the main elements in the system of training and attestation of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of higher qualification is the institute of experts of the NCAA, which at present consists of 23 subject experts committees, one-time expert committees at request and above 100 confidential experts carrying out expertise of theses for the degree of doctor and matter of attestation for scientific degrees, scientific and scientific-pedagogical ranks.
