The general aim of our research is gaining the scientific knowledge in the field of students’ self-actualization. Having used the adequate methods of research for solving tasks, the author has defined the dominating type and level of motivation, hierarchy of educational motives and values of contemporaneous student. On the base of data obtained, the authors have made a conclusion about modern students: they possess only a potential for self-actualization. This state of cause was the first point and ground for psychological training.
The hypothesis, concerning the possibility of students’ self-actualization motivation, based on the principles, elaborated by the authors, was confirmed by the results, obtained in the process of forming experiment.
One of the key moment in research was the elucidation of any stimulative factors, by means of which the student’s self-actualizing motivation may be effective developped. These factors are:
The general, scientific knowledge of the nature and development of students’ self-actualization, will serve for further research, and also for stimulation of intrinsic students’ motivation
